NHS 24 seeks views to help shape strategy for 2017-22

NHS 24 is inviting people to share their views on its draft strategy for the next five years.
NHS 24 is Scotland's national Telehealth and Telecare organisation and is best known for best known for providing care and advice when GP surgeries and pharmacies are closed, through the 111 service.
It also provides access to trusted health information and support through a range of different services that you may be familiar with including NHS inform, Breathing Space, Living Life, Care Information Scotland, and the National Smokeline Service.
The organisation has developed a draft strategy for 2017-2022 > which outlines the ways that NHS 24 will help to deliver a healthier Scotland by connecting people to health and care advice, information and support 24/7.
It is now looking for people to give their feedback to help make sure that the strategy is fit for purpose. A short list of questions have been drawn up to help steer feedback and discussion, but shouldn’t exclude other areas that you might want to pick up on.
To submit your views, email before Friday 24 February
If you have views on the strategy that you would like to share with the ALLIANCE to inform its response to the consultation, please contact Christopher Doyle, Policy and Information Officer via
