New report highlights learning from Self Management IMPACT Fund
A newly published report, 'Transforming the IMPACT,' showcases the learning gathered from projects funded by the Self Management IMPACT Fund from 2013 - 2016, a Scottish Government Fund, administered by the ALLIANCE.
The report, introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, Shona Robison MSP, discusses a number of themes common across health and social care in Scotland, highlighted by the learning gathered by the 95 projects funded by the Self Management IMPACT Fund.
The Self Management IMPACT Fund supported 95 projects across Scotland over three years from April 2013 until March 2016. The 95 projects generated a wealth of learning and information across a range of topics, long term conditions and supporting unpaid carers. Key to all of the projects was the involvement of people with long term conditions and their unpaid carers throughout each step of the process from design, through delivery to evaluation.
