LAST CHANCE: Third Sector Engagement Survey closes 20th June

As part of the Our Voice framework > we are seeking information on engagement and involvement activities undertaken by third sector organisations. To collect this information we have put together the following survey asking for details of your organisation’s engagement and involvement work. If you are not directly involved in this work then please pass this on to the appropriate member of staff.

To complete the survey please follow this link: https://ourvoice.typeform.com/to/J3GDjV >

The Our Voice framework is one that aims to strengthen the voice of people in shaping health and care services.

As part of this work we are asking third sector organisations about the engagement work that they do. We are aware of broad engagement activities such as the Citizens’ Panel, Care Opinion, the Care Experience Survey and other national level/statutory activities.

However, we are also aware of the engagement work that happens within charities and the feedback that is used internally to improve service delivery. This survey intends to find out what is engagement is being done within the third sector and look at how Our Voice might support the sharing of this.

With the results from this survey we will look to provide an online space for the sharing of engagement information while trying to identify common barriers to the wider spread and impact of engagement with a view to overcoming them.

If you are interested in joining the Scottish Involvement Network, a group which meets to discuss different engagement strategies and challenges in engagement then please contact gregory.hill-oconnor@alliance-scotland.org.uk
