Review of Community Planning and Single Outcome Agreements Update

The Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Employment and Sustainable Growth, John Swinney, has written to a range of Third Sector Partners to provide an update on the review of Community Planning and Single Outcome Agreements and to draw attention to the outcome of that review. The review was jointly undertaken by Scottish Government and COSLA  and the third sector was part of the review group. The Cabinet Secretary has stated that the Scottish Governement are committed to a framework that will secure the role of thethird secotr as a key partner.
