  • Developing ‘My Skills, My Strengths, My Right to Work’, challenging the inequalities faced by people with long term conditions in the labour market. The project seeks to improve access to the labour market for people with long term conditions, reduce discrimination and spread good practice.
  • The self management campaign- My Conditions, My Terms, My Life which is focussed on raising awareness of self management with both health professionals and people with lomg term conditions. It supports people to live their lives better, on their terms, by putting the person with long term conditions in the 'driving seat'.
