Speaker Bio

Samantha Ernstzen

Sam has worked in the User Centred Design space for the past 15 years mostly in private sector.  The past two spent with Scottish Government leading a small team to build service design delivery through our Digital Transformation Service.  Sam’s personal projects include working on Digital Licencing with SEPA & SNH and devolving  disability benefits to Social Security Scotland.
