Communicating health information webinar

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) are hosting a free online training course on communicating health information.

Do you work in Social Care or the Third Sector and deliver health information as part of your role?

Would you like more confidence to communicate sometimes complex health information in a way that it can be easily understood?

How can you empower the people you support to make informed decisions about their health?

Do you know where to go for trusted health information?  Can you spot fake health news and help others to do the same?

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) Knowledge Services and Ayrshire and Arran Health Improvement Team are hosting a training course via Teams on Monday 18 October where you will learn:

  1. Tips for writing better health information
  2. Tools and techniques to make sure your message is understood
  3. Where to go for trusted health information to support individuals
  4. An awareness of health and digital literacy and why it matters
