Join the ALLIANCE Carer Voices Project Lead Tommy Whitelaw for a learning and engagement session on intelligent kindness in care.
In keeping with Government guidelines on COVID-19, we are moving all members networking events to online platforms for the foreseeable future for the health and safety of our members, partners and staff. The events will take place on the dates specified and we are working with our partners to deliver the same learning experience to meet our members needs during this time.
Intelligent Kindness in Care
For this members networking event, members will hear from Carer Voices Project Lead Tommy Whitelaw on the importance of person-centred care and active listening across all roles and sectors. Taking key messages from the Carer Voices ‘You Can Make A Difference’ campaign, the ‘What Matters To You?’ movement and Chief Nursing Officer for Scotland’s vision, members will be invited to reflect on how they can make a difference through their practice.
This event will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. You do not need to have a Zoom account or to have downloaded the app to be able to take part. The webinar link, event password and instructions will be sent in advance.
We would be delighted to be joined by you or a colleague on the day so please feel free to share. To register your place, please email Membership@alliance-scotland.org.uk.
