The idea that engagement with nature can have a significant positive impact on the people’s mental and physical wellbeing is far from new. For many, birdwatching, walking, gardening and a multitude of other nature based activities have helped to alleviate the fear and boredom experienced throughout the pandemic and supported them to stay well. For others however, restrictions, lack of green space and inaccessibility have left them cut off from nature.
Discussing these topics and more, this webinar will examine how engaging with nature can impact people’s mental and physical health, whilst also exploring what needs to be done to support the field to grow and flourish.
