Join us for a discussion on the Scottish Government's new Heart Disease Improvement Plan
Do you, or does someone you care for, have heart disease?
Are you interested in learning about and helping to shape the Scottish Government’s refreshed heart disease improvement plan?
The Health Quality and Improvement Directorate would like you to share your thoughts on the actions they will take through their Heart Disease Improvement plan to tackle heart disease in Scotland. They want to make sure that they’ve identified priorities that align with what you feel is important, and learn whether there is anything else they need to address within the plan.
Please join on 2nd March to learn more about the refreshed heart disease improvement plan and make sure that it meets the needs of people with heart disease in Scotland.
