Help shape the first international awareness raising day, My Condition My Life, by joining this focus group on what key messages should be.
My Condition My Life, International Long Term Conditions Awareness day, is to be held on Tuesday 28th April 2020 to raise awareness of the rights and wellbeing of people with long term conditions, to ensure their voice is heard.
To ensure the day is as impactful as possible, we are inviting Self Management Network Scotland members to join us for a focus group to help shape the key messages for the day and share ideas.
- If you had the opportunity to share a message about living with a long term conditions internationally, what would you want people to know?
- What are the activities that could be part of the My Condition My Life Day?
- How can we invite as many people as possible to take part in the day?
My Condition My Life will be held in partnership with IFIC (this link will take you away from our website) and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement IHI (this link will take you away from our website).
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the first international awareness raising day focussing on the rights and wellbeing of people living with long term conditions and provide important insight on what we can do to make the day as impactful and successful as possible.
This session will be held on Thursday 13th February, 10am – 12pm at the ALLIANCE offices, Venlaw Building, 349 Bath street, Glasgow, G2 4AA.
As this is a focus group, we are looking for a maximum of 12 people to take part. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to take part, as places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
