The Health and Social Care Academy invite you to a screening of the documentary 'Resilience'.
‘Resilience’ is a one-hour documentary which chronicles the promising beginnings of a national movement to prevent childhood trauma, treat Toxic Stress, and greatly improve the health and wellbeing of future generations.
Using compelling animation, the film documents the experiences of practitioners as they discuss the cutting edge science helping the next generation to break the cycles of adversity and disease.
The film screening will be followed by a panel discussion and an opportunity to reflect on the current activity surrounding adverse childhood experiences.
The event is open to everyone with refreshments available on the day. Further information and booking details can be found on the Eventbrite page (this link will take you away from our website).
