The ALLIANCE are delighted that Alex Neil MSP will host this year's Self Management Awards ceremony.
The Self Management Awards are held each year as part of Self Management Week (7–11 October) to highlight good practice and promote a range of innovative self management approaches from across Scotland. The awards are a great opportunity to network with others leading the way in self management in Scotland and to raise awareness among MSPs.
This year’s theme will celebrate ten years of the Self Management Fund, a key recommendation from Scotland’s co-produced self management strategy, ‘Gaun Yersel!’
Winners will be announced on the evening for the following categories:
- Self Management Project of the Year
- Self Management Champion of the Year
- Individual Transformational Story of the Year
- Self Management Resource of the Year
- Self Management Digital Innovator Award in partnership with Discover Digital
- Self Management Employability Award in partnership with SUSE (this link will take you away from our website)
The Awards are being held at the Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh on Tuesday 8th October, 5.30pm arrivals for a 6pm start and the evening will close at 8pm.
The Awards are open to everybody and we invite you to join us for an evening of celebration and recognition of the fantastic self management activity happening across Scotland. The Awards celebrate people, projects and partnerships, and we encourage you to take part in recognising their success in 2019.
