Discuss your project ideas and ask any questions about the Fund at this information session at Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations Council.
The Health and Social Care Alliance (the ALLIANCE) and the Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations Council (EVOC) are pleased to invite third sector organisations from across Edinburgh who are interested in applying to the Self Management Fund: Working Together to Strengthen Integration, to attend a one hour information session, followed by the opportunity to book a slot to meet with Emma Goodlad, Grants and Impact Officer on 29th May 2018.
This is an opportunity for you to have 45 minutes to sit down over a cuppa, ask questions and chat about your organisation’s ideas and potential project plans. Emma can talk you through the application process and help you to identify if your idea is a fit for the Fund and guide you on the key questions and points the grant allocation panel will be looking for.
The Self-Management Fund: Working Together to Strengthen Integration has £500,000 to invest in third sector led, self-management approaches which work to strengthen the Health and Social Care Integration Agenda and work innovatively to overcome some of the barriers to third sector involvement.
This is an opportunity for third sector and their statutory sector partners to work together over a short period to demonstrate and build capacity for self-management approaches to be strengthened in integration partnerships. Organisations can apply for up to £30,000 for 12 – 18 month projects.
Surgery slots for individual discussions run from 11.15am every hour to 3.15pm
Please confirm your attendance by registering for the information session via Eventbrite (this link will take you away from our website)
