An event to relaunch a Private Members Bill making arrangements for an independent evaluation of Brexit and health and social care.

Brendan O’Hara MP introduced a Private Member’s Bill, the European Union Withdrawal (Evaluation of Effects on Health and Social Care Sectors) Bill, in 2018 on behalf of the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE), Camphill Scotland and SCVO and partners totalling 103 organisations across the UK.

The ALLIANCE, Camphill Scotland, and SCVO are hosting an event to relaunch the Private Members Bill on 11 October 2019 in Glasgow.

ALLIANCE members and stakeholders are invited to join us on the day and to participate in the discussions around both Brexit and the issues raised by the Bill. The keynote speaker will be Brendan O’Hara MP alongside Lynn Williams, Jake Volrath, Long-Term Co-Worker, Camphill Newton Dee, Stephen Low, UNISON and Charles Whitmore, School of Law and Politics, Cardiff University.
