For practitioners and employers improving employment opportunities for single parents.
This webinar will a successful partnership between One Parent Families Scotland and Public Health Scotland, which has supported single parents into longer term, well paid employment and created a scalable model for wider adoption by employers.
Built on co-production and whole family support, this innovative pathway was designed by single parents for single parents, addressing the real barriers they face in accessing and sustaining work.
Attendees will gain insight into:
- The power of co-design in creating single parent friendly employment pathways
- Practical approaches to removing barriers to workforce entry and progression
- Opportunities to scale this model across more employment settings
