Working in partnership, the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE), NHS Education for Scotland (NES), and Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are pleased to invite you to join one of our upcoming ‘What Matters to You?’ national sessions specifically designed for care home providers and managers.
Hosted by Tommy Whitelaw (National Lead, Person Centred Voices, the ALLIANCE), Susan Nevill (Social Work and Social Care Lead, Leading to Change, NES), and Diane Roth (Organisational Development and Culture Specialist, Fife HSCP), these workshops will explore key themes including person-centred care, Intelligent Kindness, the ‘What Matters to You?’ approach, self-care, and active listening, with a special focus on applying these principles within care home settings.
The sessions have a focus on ‘What Matters to You?’ within care homes, and we welcome managers and care home providers to join us for these interactive workshops.
Sessions run from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm (please arrive at 9:45 am for registration). Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided during the break.
