Epilepsy Connections

Epilepsy Connections were awarded £60,000.00 in October 2022 to run their project for 24 months.
The Epilepsy Wellbeing & Connection Programme (Well Connected) will be an online epilepsy self management programme which will connect isolated people with epilepsy and living across Scotland. Delivery will be via Zoom, with digital support provided if needed, on a three session per week basis for approximately 24 weeks per programme. The programme is developed from input and feedback of service users to include a wide range of topics and activities that increase awareness of epilepsy, build resilience and mental wellbeing, and improve connectedness and self-confidence.
