Healthy n Happy Community Development Trust were awarded £21,728 in October 2019 for a 12 month programme.
This project will develop a multi layered ‘green health’ programme (activities delivered in nature) for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues to support their self management through self sustaining activities. As part of this project, participants will be referred through a number of community channels, including the Community Mental Health Team.
