Into Work Limited were awarded £5,000.00 in June 2021 to run their project for 12 months.
Into Work will run a mentoring project for people with disabilities and people with long term health conditions, aged 16+, living in Edinburgh, Midlothian, or East Lothian, who require additional support to successfully maintain or advance in their employment. They will work in partnership with service users to empower and support them to improve their work/life opportunities and adopt self management behaviours that will lead to better self management of their disability or long term health condition and allow them to live well.
