Kairos Women+

Kairos Women+ were awarded £119,787 in September 2023 to run their project for 36 months.
The funded project, Nothing About Us, Without Us, is a co-produced project for women+ with disabilities and/or long-term conditions providing a pick-n-mix of activities to meet individual and collective need. This includes a monthly peer support group for disabled and neurodiverse women+, a monthly accessible walking & wheeling group, a weekly mental health peer support group and a weekly craft group. Additionally, women+ can access 1-1 Wellbeing sessions with staff to support self-management and provide access to specialist support and information.
