PAMIS were awarded £56,742.00 in June 2021 to run their project for 24 months.

Combining PAMIS expertise on delivering postural care education sessions alongside supporting families to develop an individual digital passport for their relative, this project will support carer resilience through provision of skills on the self management of postural care. Through carers increased knowledge in delivering movement and postural care programmes, already established therapeutic programmes will continue promoting wellbeing and recovery. By working in partnership with allied health practitioners and pre-registration students, PAMIS will develop a process that embeds practice and generates a culture of empowerment for family carers.
