Director sought to lead a small, dynamic staff team.

Camphill is a worldwide ideology dedicated to building communities where everyone can find a purpose and belonging.

The Camphill movement began in Aberdeen 80 years’ ago and has grown worldwide to be recognised as a sector leading model for care and support. In Scotland, there are 11 Camphill communities dedicated to delivering sector-leading care services to over 600 people with learning disabilities and other support needs. They cater for children, adults and older people through day-care, residential care services and schools.
