Chronic Pain Services in Scotland survey

To inform Scottish Government’s national consultation on the draft framework for Chronic Pain Service Delivery.

The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) is seeking the views of people who are currently accessing services for chronic pain, for themselves or someone they care for.

The online national survey is 17 questions and should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

The information collected will inform the Scottish Government’s national consultation on the draft framework for Chronic Pain Service Delivery.
