New guidance to support healthcare staff to communicate effectively with people with sensory loss and complex communication support needs.

During the COVID-19 pandemic (and beyond), it is vital that people living with sensory loss and complex communication support needs can access the guidance and information they require for their healthcare needs.

To support this, the ALLIANCE has worked alongside a range of Scottish and UK-wide third sector organisations and specialist charities to develop guidance for healthcare staff.

We are currently working to produce this information in alternative formats and this page will be updated in due course.
