The Scotland-wide programme will explore the ways in which digital tools can help us self manage better. Tommy will share how ‘digital’ tools and platforms can provide a way for carers to share stories and connect with their communities.

All events are free and suitable for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. There will be a selection of stalls, talks, activities at each of the showcase events, led by experts from local and national organisations.

Tommy would like to extend his personal thanks to the Discover Digital team for the opportunity to speak. You can find out how to register for the events here.
