General Standards for Neurological Care and Support – Consultation

The consultation on the new General Standards for Neurological Care and Support is now open.

The draft General Standards for Neurological Care and Support (this link will take you away from our website) are now available to download from the Healthcare Improvement Scotland website.

The consultation is now live and we would encourage you to provide feedback on all aspects of the standards, including the following:

  • Standard statement
  • Rationale
  • Criteria

How to participate in the consultation process:

There is an online survey tool that you can use to submit your response directly to Healthcare Improvement Scotland – http://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/C1782/ (this link will take you away from our website)

The ALLIANCE are hosting a workshop for people interested in discussing the Standards and contributing to a submission.

Consultation feedback

At the end of the consultation period, all comments received on the draft standards will be collated and used to inform the development of the final standards.

The final standards, along with a summary of the responses to the consultation, will be published in early 2019 on the Healthcare Improvement Scotland website (www.healthcareimprovementscotland.org (this link will take you away from our website)).
