Intelligent Kindness in action for a Compassionate Scotland

The Carer Voices project are looking to share how people and communities coming together during these difficult times.

In light of recent events, the Carer Voices project would like to make a point of sharing the good work and displays of intelligent kindness that are being undertaken across Scotland during this time.

The principles of intelligent kindness has informed much of the Carer Voices project and wider work that has been undertaken at the ALLIANCE. Key messages include listening to people more, not interrupting people too quickly, being more attentive and understanding and showing kindness and respect to everyone.

There are amazing examples of people and communities coming together as a result of the challenges offset by COVID-19. We’d like to share them.

Tell us what you’re doing as a third sector professional, health and social care worker, volunteer or community member to help others and spread kindness. We hope to highlight and share these stories more widely through our channels and networks to support, encourage and inspire others.
