Three positions to support the Equally Safe at Work employer accreditation programme are currently recruiting.
ALLIANCE members Close the Gap, an organisation focused on the participation of women in the labour market, are currently recruiting for three positions (this link will take you away from our website). Close the Gap work with policymakers, companies, public bodies and trade unions on issues relating to women’s participation, including pay inequalities.
The positions available will be involved in the delivery of their Equally Safe at Work accreditation programme (this link will take you away from our website), which seeks to improve employment practice through advancing gender equality at work and supporting victim-survivors of violence against women. This forms one part of the joint Scottish Government-COSLA strategy to prevent and eradicate violence against women and girls, and was piloted in a number of local councils.

- Research and Evaluation Officer
All roles are based in Glasgow, though home working applies during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The closing date for applications is the 10th of October.
