Join us for a lunchtime hybrid panel session in partnership with the Scottish AI Alliance on Tuesday 29 October 12pm-1:30pm.

Programme Manager, Scottish AI Alliance
Dawn McAra-Hunter is the Programme Manager at the Scottish AI Alliance, the body tasked with the delivery of Scotland’s national AI strategy. In her role, Dawn leads on the projects and programmes focused on making Scotland a leader in Trustworthy, Ethical and Inclusive AI. This includes the delivery of Living with AI, a fun, free online course aimed at getting the people of Scotland engaged and informed about AI.
Dawn leads on the delivery of the Scottish AI Playbook, a collaborative platform for resource sharing across the Scottish AI ecosystem. Alongside this, Dawn engages the LGBTQ+ community in AI with Diverse AI, a non-profit aimed at increasing AI diversity.
Dawn is also a PhD candidate in AI and communications at the University of the West of Scotland.
