NHS Inform has published an updated factsheet setting out your rights and responsibilities when leaving feedback or making a complaint about your care, and how the NHS will deal with it.
Included in the factsheet is:
  • Information on why the leaflet been produced
  • Giving feedback about the NHS
  • Making a complaint about the NHS
  • How to complain
  • Who can help with your complaint
  • What to do if you’re not happy with the way the NHS has handled your complaint
