Upcoming ALLIANCE Live with the Head of the Third Sector Unit at the Scottish Government.
On Monday 18 May from 3pm, the ALLIANCE will be interviewing Calum Irving, Head of the Third Sector Unit at Scottish Government.
This important ALLIANCE Live session will consider the response from the third sector to the coronavirus pandemic as well as give consideration to both the short term and longer term needs that the third sector is facing and provide an opportunity to outline Scottish Government’s response and support to the third sector.
Calum Irving was appointed as Head of the Third Sector Unit for Scottish Government in September 2019. He is responsible for a team which invests in and develops policy to support social enterprise, volunteering, charities and a strengthened role for the third sector in contributing to the National Performance Framework outcomes. Prior to Scottish Government Calum has worked in a range of third sector organisations and most recently as Director of See Me, Scotland’s mental health anti-stigma programme.
We’d like to hear what kind of questions ALLIANCE members would find it helpful to get answers to at this time. To propose a question for Calum, please contact us via email@example.com by Friday 15 May.
