The ALLIANCE welcome new member MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC - Scotland's first Social Enterprise tackling stress prevention

The ALLIANCE are pleased to welcome new member MHScot Workplace Wellbeing CIC – Scotland’s first Social Enterprise tackling stress prevention and early mental health prevention in the workplace.
The organisation has been chosen to support the University of Edinburgh Business School on their Company Sponsored Dissertation programme.
This year they are looking at ‘Mental Health Issues in Returning to the Workplace’, aiming to identify existing barriers and stigmas based on employees’ perspective and experience, and figure out whether there is any perceived company intervention in recruitment to avoid discrimination.
The factors that contribute to success and lead to failure in recruitment, support and engagement will be analysed.
As part of the Dissertation, they are looking for people living in Edinburgh, Glasgow and surrounding areas to take part in the research, starting from the middle of May until mid-July.  The final report and dissertation will be completely anonymised.
