New video resources on self management now available on ALLIANCE Live.
The Self Management team at the ALLIANCE has created a series of short videos to support understanding of self management in Scotland and to promote the work of the Self Management team at the ALLIANCE.
Part 1 looks at what self management is and isn’t, Part 2 takes a deeper dive into what we mean by supported self management and Part 3 describes the role and wider work of the Self Management team.
The videos were designed to aid understanding of self management and can be used as a resource for teams working in health and social care, as well as individuals with an interest in self management. The videos are available to watch on the Self Management 101 playlist on ALLIANCE Live.
