Every Tuesday the Discover Digital team at the ALLIANCE shares a free and trusted digital tool that supports health and wellbeing.

The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing. It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.

This November we shared four different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?

· NHS Inform: For Scottish health information you can trust.

· #TryATool Resource from the Digital Hub at the ALLIANCE: This resource helps you find digital tools to support your health and wellbeing goals.

· Blethr: Combines technology with psychological principles to enhance men’s mental health.

· Be My Eyes: Connects people who are blind or have low-vision with sighted volunteers who assist by ‘seeing’ through the phone’s camera lens and giving a real-time description of what it sees.

If you would like to learn about more digital tools, search #TryAToolTuesday on X (formerly Twitter) for previous months!
