The "Go to" organisation for support and signposting for people with a physical disability and long term condition,

We operate across the region and are now co chairing the Physical disability strategy implementation group with the local authority and the NHS. We are also looking at a new project called “Community Connectors” for people who would be eligible for our care alarm service but because they don’t have two signatories are unable to have the service. We are looking at helping using our communities.
