Cardiomyopathy UK is the national charity for people affected by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy and related disorders.

The charity’s vision is that everyone affected by cardiomyopathy should live a long and fulfilling life. The charity works towards this vision by providing a range of support and information services, raising awareness of the conditions, educating healthcare professionals, supporting research and campaigning for improved access to treatment.
