Alex Homer

Alex provides statistical support across the ALLIANCE, with a particular focus on the Community Links Worker (CLW) programme.

Within the CLW programme, Alex compiles periodic statistical reports to funders on the programme, as well as providing data for internal monitoring. He also liaises with the developer of the ALLIANCE’s bespoke Links database when changes are necessary, and maintains protocols for its use to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. Beyond the CLW programme, Alex acts in a consulting role for teams across the ALLIANCE, offering support with data collection, presentation and analysis.

Alex has an MMath degree in Mathematics and Statistics and a doctorate in Statistics. He also has a background in statistical teaching, having previously taught data skills in universities.
