Bouchra works closely with the Director of Policy, Research and Impact to manage and support the ALLIANCE’s impact and evaluation work.

Bouchra is working with colleagues to embed a culture of monitoring and evaluation across the organisation, supporting staff with their monitoring and evaluation needs.

Bouchra has substantial experience as an evaluator, impact and learning specialist in health and social care, research for development, and international development most recently supporting a wide range of UK public service organisations to better track and understand their impact.
