Gayle Weir

A full-time, specialist role, the Community Links Practitioner (CLP) has joined existing primary care teams.

Gayle works within the primary care team at Lochend Surgery, Easterhouse Health Centre. She works with individuals from practice list populations on a one-to-one basis to help identify and address issues that negatively impact their health. As appropriate for general practice, there are no exclusion criteria or limit of contacts between patients and practitioners. Gayle works with anybody, of any age, who may be experiencing any issue.
