Hannah manages the Scottish Sensory Hub, working to prioritise the voices of lived experience in the sensory sector in Scotland.
Hannah works with other members of the ALLIANCE’s Scottish Sensory Hub team to provide and develop a platform for the voice of lived experience for anyone in Scotland with lived experience of Deafness, Deafblindness, or Visual Impairments. Her most recent research has centred on people’s experiences of inclusive communication.
She has more than a decade’s experience working in health and social care policy and research, helping to drive public understanding and service reform so that disabled people, people living with long term conditions and unpaid carers enjoy a high quality of life, underpinned by rights to independent living, choice and control.
