Katherine leads user research activities and learning, both in the digital health and care team and across the wider ALLIANCE team.
This involves working with a wide range of people accessing (or seeking to access) health and social care services, and wider wellbeing support, and working in partnership with the third, private and public sectors including the NHS and Scottish Government. The research Katherine undertakes serves to help the wider team design and deliver accessible services that work for all users, and represent and enable the voice of over 2,700 members of the ALLIANCE.
