Mandy Andrew

Mandy is a Associate Director, within the ALLIANCE and a Senior Associate, International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC)

Mandy is a registered nurse by background and expert facilitator specialising in change management and organisational development, with extensive experience leading change and transformational programmes in both local and complex national organisations at home and abroad. Mandy’s experience includes collaborative cross sector partnerships across health and social care, public, private and voluntary sectors. Involving people and communities at the centre to support transformation through innovation, creatively and assets-based approaches. 

Examples of Mandy’s portfolio include collaboratively working with the Scottish Sensory Hub, IFIC Scotland on the Compassionate Communities Active Learning Programme, Wellbeing in Later Life, COPE Scotland and The Health Foundation Q Community on Nurturing and Weaving Networks and Scottish Ballet (SB) Health on the Dance Health Social Prescribing Project.
