Naya Koulocheri

Naya is part of the Person Centred Voices team and works on a range of policy areas.

Drawing experience from the Scottish Parliament, Naya specialises in research, policy, and communications. Holding a Master’s degree in Health Systems and Public Policy, along with a background in Journalism, she is passionate about health and social care and is committed to principles such as Intelligent Kindness and ‘What Matters to You.’

In her role, she aims to promote a cultural shift within organisations across the UK and inspire change. Naya wants to use her skills and expertise to champion kindness, empathy, and compassion. She looks forward to working with partners to embed change in health and social care, ensuring people remain at the heart of decisions and practices affecting their lives, futures, and wellbeing.
