The impact ALLIANCE Community Link Workers (CLWs) make is measured both quantitively and qualitatively. In 2025, The ALLIANCE CLWs received around 66,000 referrals. CLWs reduce the pressure on GPs and practices by providing a holistic person-centred approach to every person, addressing the social, environmental, and economical issues that are impacting their health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every person referred to the program is offered the opportunity to complete a wellbeing survey (Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale) at the start and at the end, measuring the impact of the service on a person\u2019s wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
