Discover how you can help shape digital health and care developments by having a look at our current projects and opportunities.

  • User research:

‘User research’ aims to understand the behaviours, needs and motivations of people using certain services. This can be achieved through observation, interviews, focus groups, workshops, questionnaires, and many other research methods. User research is key to developing useful digital technologies and services. It is a term often used in service design.

From time to time, we will carry out research into relevant topics. If you have ideas for future topics to look into, get in touch.
