This helps us understand what works well and what can be done better. When we develop new ideas or prototypes, we may also ask for feedback to ensure that the changes meet the needs of our users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we have collected and analysed the information, we turn them into specific insights that can inform our service design, where we prototype new processes and features for ALISS.
