Rooted in an asset-based approach to health and wellbeing, the toolkit supports communities to identify and share local resources. First developed in 2015, the toolkit has been reshaped to meet the changing needs of today\u2019s young people and the evolving educational landscape, reflecting the importance of having young people\u2019s voices heard. As part of the project, these services were added to ALISS.
