Integration Stories will share examples of good practice in integration in health and social care across Scotland.

The ALLIANCE is launching Integration Stories, a project that will share examples of good practice in integration in health and social care across Scotland. The stories will come from the perspectives of those delivering integrated support and services, as well as from those accessing these services.

We are looking for examples of integration and are actively researching the landscape across the country and making contact with voluntary organisations and statutory bodies to identify areas that we can highlight.

We’re keen to have your input in this project and welcome any suggestions you may have of examples that you think are worth sharing.

Stories will be published on the ALLIANCE website and will also be shared across social media and through our e-bulletins, feeding into our wider Integration Network’s work and further establishing the ALLIANCE as an authority on integration. Most importantly, Integration Stories will show how integrated services and support improves the quality of people’s lives.

The stories will:

  • Capture and share good practice of integrated working
  • Highlight the third sector’s role as a key partner in integration
  • Demonstrate integration is making progress

Inspiring and impactful work is taking place in communities across Scotland and we aim to be a driving force behind raising awareness of this work. To participate in Integration Stories, or to suggest great examples that you think we should cover, the integration team can be contacted at a dedicated email address at integration@alliance-scotland.org.uk
