{"id":11,"date":"2017-07-11T10:15:50","date_gmt":"2017-07-11T09:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/89.145.103.204\/~alliancescotland\/health-and-social-care-support-and-services\/?page_id=11"},"modified":"2026-03-06T11:53:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T11:53:16","slug":"integration-support","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/health-and-social-care-integration\/integration-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Integration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Integration Programme supports the third sector to shape meaningful <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/health-and-social-care-integration\/integration-support\/about-integration\/\">health and social care integration in Scotland<\/a> by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Championing the third sector as an equal partner in health and social care integration.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring lived experience and human rights shape policy and practice.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying, sharing, and promoting what works in integration across Scotland.<\/li>\n<li>Bringing people together to build relationships, change cultures, and influence lasting systems change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We facilitate the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/lived-experience\/networks\/ijb-lived-experience-representative-network\/\">IJB Lived Experience Representatives Network<\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/lived-experience\/networks\/community-of-practice-cop-lived-experience\/\">Community of Practice \u2013 Lived Experience,<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/lived-experience\/knowledge-hub\/\">Knowledge Hub<\/a>, a\u00a0<strong>library of resources and guides to support organisations in developing more meaningful engagement with lived experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some recent highlights of the Integration Support team\u2019s activities include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/blog\/news\/the-integration-journey-celebrating-a-decade-of-health-and-social-care-integration\/\">The Integration Journey: A decade of health and social care integration in Scotland<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alliance-scotland.org.uk\/blog\/case_studies\/?projects=connected-communities\">Connected Communities case studies series<\/a>, which highlights how organisations are supporting health and social care integration in their communities.<\/p>\n<p>Our team connects and supports stakeholders in health and social care to drive effective, integrated, person-centred approaches in policy and service design and provision.
